SHIPPING

All items on the site are shipped from our warehouse in Italy in 24/48 hours.
Delivery takes place via express courier in approximately 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination location.

We will send the tracking information for your order via email once it has been shipped.

N.B. Delivery times are purely indicative and may vary around holidays or due to wills not dependent on Luyana Jewels.

DIRECT SHIPMENTS IN ITALY

Shipping is always free for orders equal to or greater than €29.00, for smaller orders the fixed cost is € 4.90.

DIRECT SHIPMENTS IN EUROPE

Shipping is always free for orders equal to or greater than €49.00, for smaller orders the fixed cost is €9.90.

The courier will always attempt to deliver to your home and, in the absence of the recipient, will deposit the package at a closer collection point. The recipient will be able to collect their package within 7 days or in any case by the date indicated by the shipping company.

Packages left in storage and not collected will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for the storage and return costs incurred by us, which will be deducted from the refund of the order.

The recipient is required to ensure that the address entered during the purchase is correct and filled in in all its parts, otherwise the courier will be unable to make the delivery and the package will be returned to the sender.

In this case, the order will be refunded net of the return costs.

We are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible, so any cancellations or changes can be requested by email to luyanajewels@gmail.com within one hour of the order confirmation. After this time we will no longer be able to make changes.

We do not ship to Malta, Cyprus and the Canary Islands.
